Product Manager – Telecom
Location : Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX
Must-Have Qualifications :
Minimum 3+ years of software development experience
4+ years in product management or technical account management
Strong background in telecom infrastructure
Experience integrating solutions into Telecom / Mobile Network Operators
Familiarity with drones, Digital Twins, geospatial software, and data technologies
Proven experience working directly with strategic customers
Ability to translate customer / business needs into detailed technical product requirements
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

In this critical role, you will lead the development of both short- and long-term product roadmaps, ensuring that customer needs are translated into innovative, high-impact solutions. You will serve as the primary connection between strategic customers, R&D, and Sales teams to drive product success and seamless customer integration.
Key Responsibilities :
Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic telecom customers
Conduct customer interviews, site visits, workshops, and feedback sessions
Develop and manage customer-focused product roadmaps
Translate customer workflows and requirements into clear product specifications
Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and feasibility
Collaborate closely with R&D to deliver product requirements
Lead product introduction and integration into customer ecosystems
Support Sales teams during product demonstrations and customer engagements
Monitor and report on product adoption, customer satisfaction, and feature success
Preferred Experience :
Background in startups or fast-paced technology environments
Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into strategic product decisions
