We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Consultant Capital Markets with strong expertise in Eagle Development . The ideal candidate will have extensive exposure to the banking / financial domain hands-on development experience and the ability to work closely with business and technology teams.

Must-Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience as an Eagle Developer

Solid understanding of Capital Markets

Experience as a Business Analyst (BA) or exposure to BA activities

Background in the Banking / Financial Services domain

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Nice-to-Have Skills

Additional Eagle development experience

Broader Business Analyst skills

Detailed Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end Eagle development including design coding testing and deployment

Conduct requirement analysis in collaboration with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Engage in client interactions to understand business needs gather requirements and provide updates

Support system enhancements troubleshooting and performance improvements

Ensure delivery of high-quality technical solutions aligned with business objectives

Minimum Experience Required

10 years of overall IT experience with significant exposure to Capital Markets and Eagle solutions
