Role : Sr PL / SQL Oracle Resource / Sr Oracle Database Developer

Location : 1401 E Broad St Richmond VA 23219 – Hybrid

Contract

Experience : 10 years

Job Description :

Experienced PL / SQL developer with skills in Oracle coding
Must also have ability to do data analysis, develop requirements and data models.
Must have background in application backend support, Oracle PL / SQL and MS SQL server development.
Must have background in building interfaces between business applications.
Experience working in Agile / Scrum process is highly desired.
Ability to communicate with business users and developers an absolute must.
Clear communication skills - written and oral is REQUIRED.

Skill Matrix :

Experience working with Oracle PL / SQL and SQL Server Database Development. – Required- 10 years

Written and oral communications – 10 years

Background in data integration between business systems- Required- 8 years

Write and maintain / extend existing PL / SQL code to convert initial data sets, system enhancements, reports production, and improved transaction editing – Required- 8 years

Requirements analysis and data modelling – Highly Desired- 6 years

Experience with other data integration tools and techniques including IBM Datastage, web services, messaging and other modern data warehousing- Nice to have – 6 years
