Telephone Operator

A company is looking for a Telephone Operator responsible for managing incoming calls and providing support in a medical environment. Key Responsibilities Courteously answers incoming calls and connects callers to the appropriate extension Takes and relays messages accurately and responds to emergency calls promptly Performs operator functions, including triaging calls and managing the switchboard Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum two years of office experience, preferably in a medical setting Ability to sit for long periods and perform manual tasks such as operating office equipment Vision correctable to 20 / 20 and hearing within normal range for telephone contacts Must pass a background check and non-federal drug test post-offer
