Pay : 28–32 / hr | Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM

Your expertise will ensure components meet exact specifications, supporting mission-critical production and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

As a CMM Operator, you’ll be responsible for the operation and programming of Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and ensuring consistent product quality through precise measurements and data reporting. Your typical day will include :

Operating stationary and / or portable CMM equipment

Installing and running CMM programs to support production

Reviewing engineering drawings, models, and specifications

Selecting proper probes and calibrating equipment

Accurately positioning parts and recording measurements

Performing manual checks to validate CMM results

Documenting and reporting non-conformances

Maintaining equipment and ensuring cleanliness of machines and work areas

Supporting resolution of CMM-related issues in a timely manner

Participating in continuous improvement activities and cross-training opportunities

What You’ll Bring

Required Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

Working knowledge of CMM systems and supporting software

Proficient in precision measuring tools and technical documentation

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Preferred Qualifications :

1+ year of experience operating CMM or portable CMM machines

Associate degree or technical training in a related field

Familiarity with CAD software and CATIA

Experience with manufacturing or quality assurance in a production environment

Pay Details : 28.00 to 32.00 per hour
