What Youll Do

As a Leadership and Wellness Program Manager you will :

• Facilitate and promote programs focused on leadership development mindset training and holistic wellness.
• Leverage social media and online tools to market programs generate interest and build your professional network.
• Attend live training calls three (3) times per week to stay aligned with company practices and develop your coaching marketing and leadership skills.
• Engage with prospective clients and leads via phone video or messaging platforms using pre-approved scripts and tools.
• Onboard and mentor new clients and associates in our programs.
• Train and support your growing team (or downline) by duplicating effective business practices and personal development strategies.
• Learn and share insights on financial literacy and investing as part of a well-rounded wellness approach.
