Controller

Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to oversee and manage key financial operations and document management processes within our organization. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Based in Corona, California, this position offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of our financial and document control systems.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage financial activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Develop and maintain efficient document control systems to manage records and data effectively.
• Review and approve scanned documents, ensuring all records are properly organized and accessible.
• Monitor document scanning processes to ensure high-quality and timely completion.
• Compile and maintain accurate documentation to support financial reporting and audits.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless document management workflows.
• Implement best practices for document storage and retrieval to optimize efficiency.
• Train and guide team members on document control procedures and standards.
• Conduct regular audits of document control systems to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and achieve organizational goals. Requirements - Proven experience in financial management and document control systems.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and oversee document scanning and filing processes.
• Proficiency in compiling and maintaining accurate records for compliance purposes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
• Familiarity with best practices for document storage and retrieval.
• Competence in training and supervising staff on document control procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct audits and resolve discrepancies in records.
