Locum Obstetrics / Gynecologist needed to start ASAP and work ongoing near Westfield, IN. IN license preferred.

• Ambulatory / Clinic Only 8A - 4P.
• Full Scope Generalist / Clinic and Call : 7a to 7a.
• Rounding from 7a to 9a, start clinic 9a to 4p then sign out to laborist and be on pager call until 7a.
• Evening / Night Call : Sign out to Laborist at 4 : 00 PM and remain on pager call until 7 : 00 AM the following day.
• Call Type : Beeper.
• Practice Settings : Outpatient, Inpatient.
• Required Specialty Skills : Low risk pregnancy, High risk pregnancy, FHR interpretation - NST / CST / FSE, Amniocentesis, Routine delivery, Vaginal, Low forceps, Decision-making for c-section, Complicated delivery, C-section, Breech, Multiple births, Abruptions, VBAC's, Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations, Office / minor gynecology - IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc., Surgical gynecology -, Open, Laparoscopic diagnostic / minor only - tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation, Operative / major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive, LOA's
• BLS.
• Licensed in IN or IMLC.
• Level 1 Trauma.
• What are the average number of deliveries per year : 2,000.
• EMR : Cerner.
• Credentialing : 90 days.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
• $Competitive Rate weeknight call Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In.
