Job Title : Front Gate (Weekday Mornings required)

Position Summary :

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Gate Attendant for part-time gate operations during weekday mornings, with the opportunity for additional evening and weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, checking bags for prohibited food and drink items, monitoring batting cages, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Big League Dreams Las Vegas is a themed Sports Park with replica Major League ballparks for fields, batting cages, and an indoor soccer pavilion. The park has 2 separate restaurant and bars with indoor seating that overlook the fields. An entry fee is required for guests 13 years and up to enter the park.

Adult slow pitch softball and youth baseball leagues are held in the evenings with tournaments on weekends. Larger tournaments can play all day throughout the week and weekend.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet all guests warmly and professionally as they arrive.

Inspect bags and personal items for prohibited items.

Provide information and directions to guests as needed.

Maintain a secure and orderly entry point.

Monitoring batting cages

Report any suspicious behavior or security concerns to the appropriate personnel.

Ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols.

Keep the gate area clean and organized.

Qualifications :

Communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Must be dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.

Schedule :

Weekday mornings required, with additional evening and weekend hours available (exact hours to be determined based on operational needs).

Work Environment :

Outdoor gate location with frequent interaction with the public.

Requires wearing a uniform or identification badge.
