Annual Salary : $80000 - $85000

Duties and Responsibilities

  • The OA / CTS Director plans directs and supervises the activities of the OA and Career Transition Services Programs including ensuring proper planning scheduling and effective implementation of all activities in program areas.
  • Prepares and submits reports as required. Ensures proper records on student progress are maintained by the OA / Career Transition Department.
  • The OA / CTS Director ensures that case notes and PCDPs are up to date per PRH.
  • Adheres to cohort enrollment case management efforts and career transition services of two (2) industry clusters (Health Care and Construction).
  • Assesses personnel promotions transfers and merit evaluations within the department. Conducts and prepares performance appraisals.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in human services psychology counseling education social science business communications or closely related field and two years related supervisory experience.
  • Associates degree in human services psychology counseling education social science business communications or closely related field and four years related supervisory experience
  • Sound knowledge of vocational training programs.
  • Prefer Masters degree and expansive experience with disadvantaged youth.
  • Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record preferred.
  • Required to pass a drug screen in compliance with our Substance Abuse and Drug-Free Workplace policy.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a nationwide criminal background check.
