We are seeking a creative, organized, and dependable Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team across multiple brands. This hybrid role focuses on content creation, scheduling, basic editing, social media coordination, and general day-to-day marketing tasks. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving environment, is detail-oriented, and enjoys working across a variety of projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and schedule social media posts across all company brands
- Assist with content creation for marketing projects and campaigns
- Support with blog outlines, captions, and simple marketing copy
- Update calendars, documents, and tracking sheets
- Basic graphic design in Canva
- Organize digital assets, photos, and brand files
- Assist with charity projects and community outreach initiatives
- Research award programs and help prepare submissions
- Update websites with new content when needed
- Pull and organize basic social media analytics
- Prepare meeting notes and follow up on action items
- Provide general day-to-day support to the marketing team
