Job Title : Geotechnical Engineer Intern

Salary : Based on experience and will be discussed with manager in interview

Seeking a college graduate seeking internship. The Geotechnical Engineer Intern will provide support to the Geotechnical departments / team.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Contact utility locating services to ensure project sites are safely marked before work begins
• Perform boring layout for utility clearance, supervising drill rigs, classifying soils, logging borings
• Perform and supervise field exploration, including SPT sampling, rock coring, pile testing
• Assist in developing a variety of layouts, drawings and designs
• Work under supervision of a project manager or senior-level team member
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD
