Medical Scheduler About the Role

LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Medical Scheduler to join a leading healthcare organization in the Albuquerque area. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and is looking to grow in the healthcare administrative space.

Key Responsibilities

Handle high volumes of inbound calls in a call center-style environment

Schedule a variety of radiology procedures including Mammograms, CAT Scans, X-rays, and Ultrasounds

Perform accurate patient registration into the EMR system

Update and maintain patient demographic information

Conduct basic data entry and general administrative support as needed

What We're Looking For

Strong customer service skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude

Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

High attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

Willingness to work onsite full-time in Albuquerque, NM

Preferred Qualifications

Prior healthcare experience (especially in scheduling or medical front office roles)

Previous call center experience

Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred, not required)

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED (required)

COVID-19 vaccination required in accordance with healthcare regulations

Must be able to start ASAP and commit to full-time, onsite work

Details Location : Albuquerque, NM (Onsite)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Pay Rate : $18.00 / hour (Non-bilingual) | $19.00 / hour (Bilingual – English / Spanish)

Employment Type : Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire

Start Date : ASAP

Pay Details : $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
