We are always looking for talented and artful Interior Designers, Design Consultants and Luxury Furniture Sales Associates to serve our clientele and undertake a variety of design projects.

Job Scope - the Interior Designer will :

• Establish rapport with guests in a low-stress environment
• Interpret and translate client needs into visional presentation
• Define project requirements and schedule during the initial meeting or home visit
• Manage design projects from concept to completion
• Set costs and project fees according to client's budget and needs
• Research and decide on product, materials and fabrics sourcing
• Produce sample, mood boards and presentations
• Keep abreast of project progression and timeliness
• Work closely with clients and support teams
• Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices

When you join our team, you'll have the opportunity to travel to High Point Market and to our vendors' factories for training. You will also have the support of your colleagues and management. Our compensation is incentive-based with a portion of your commissions paid on written sales! You'll have a bi-weekly draw, many bonus opportunities, and comprehensive benefits. Successful designers earn a six-figure income $$$$
