What You Will Do
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have versatile accounting skills and experience interacting with customers. We strive to be a customer-first company and strong communication skills are essential.
Actively participate in daily invoice and payment posting; ensure that invoices are promptly posted and matched to the customer’s purchase order.Prepare monthly statements for customers; communicate proactively with customers regarding overdue invoices.Collaborate with customers’ accounts payable department and third-party billing vendors to track invoice submissions, identify delays or rejections, and ensure successful resubmission when necessary.Prepare and distribute collections metrics and aging reports to leadership and sales team.Document all collection activities, cash allocations, disputes, adjustments and credits.Partner with Manager to implement process improvements, enhance automation, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen the company’s overall revenue cycle.What You Will Bring
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.2-4 years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience.Must be organized and detail-orientated with excellent follow-up skills.Must have effective written and oral communication skills.Must be a self-starter, hands-on, “roll up the sleeves” professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to multi-task, work independently, prioritize tasks, honor rules of engagement and follow policies, processes, and procedures.The ability to learn quickly and continuously and maintain a flexible and adaptive mindset necessary for a fast-paced environment.A proactive, self-driven mindset where your growth is dependent on you.Creative problem solving; if you don't know the answer, you’ll know how to find a way to it.Why Join Us
