Total Compensation BOE : $115,000 – $150,000 Salary plus bonus

We are looking for a Network Manager to be responsible for the provisioning, on-going management, support, administration, and life-cycle management of the network and IT infrastructure across multiple sites. The role ensures operational excellence, strategic planning, and seamless collaboration with the IT Director to meet the needs of the business.

This role offers a hybrid schedule!

Position Summary

  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure across multiple locations, including switches, routers, and wireless access points.
  • Plan and execute hardware replacements and standardization efforts to ensure consistent and optimal performance.
  • Monitor network traffic and performance using advanced tools to proactively identify and address issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve network-related problems to minimize downtime and service interruptions while ensuring consistent availability.
  • Stay current on emerging security threats and vulnerabilities, implementing measures to enhance network protection.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
  • Monitor network traffic to anticipate and address capacity and scalability needs, ensuring the infrastructure meets future demands.
  • Work closely with IT teams, system administrators, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of network services.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of building security technologies, such as cameras, access control systems, and alarms.
  • Manage vendor relationships for network and communication services, serving as the primary point of contact for related issues.
  • Lead network-related projects by coordinating resources, setting priorities, and applying project management methodologies.
  • Support audits, budgeting, and capital expenditure planning processes.
  • Provide detailed analysis and recommendations for network enhancements and future improvements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive NOC documentation to ensure consistency, reliability, and streamlined operations.
  • Deliver exceptional service and effective communication to internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure performance, identifying and implementing necessary improvements. Maintain accurate equipment inventory and documentation across all sites.
  • Successfully manage network-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and adherence to service level agreements.

Minimum Experience

  • Proven experience as a Network Manager, lead, or similar role in a multi-site environment.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, and switching.
  • Hands-on experience with Meraki routers and wireless networks; experience with FS switching is a plus.
  • Proficiency in network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
  • Knowledge of cellular network management.
  • Experience in enterprise network operations, including routers, switches, wireless systems, and VLANs.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication with all organizational levels and external vendors.
  • Technical expertise in network infrastructure and services.
