Your role
Digital Realty is looking to add to our Total Rewards team a motivated, detail-oriented, and customer-focused senior analyst who thrives in a team-oriented and high-performance culture. What you’ll do
Stock Plan Administration (60%)
- Grant stock awards, including calculations of awards.
- Administer annual, quarterly and monthly stock awards, including LTI plans, retention, and board of director stock grants
- Track and manage stock award details, ensuring timely acceptance of awards
- Oversee restricted stock unit (RSU) and performance stock unit (PSU) vesting processes
- Coordinate with payroll teams for processing stock unit vesting
- Confirm dividend accruals for vesting
- Ensure compliance with US and global withholding requirements
- Audit termination processes for stock participants
- Provide information for annual global tax filings
- Partner with Legal for Proxy and Required Stock Filings
- Gather and analyze stock information for annual proxy statements
- ESPP administration tasks including loading contributions, assisting with semi-annual enrollments, communicating withdrawals and refunds to payroll teams, assisting with semi-annual purchases
Compensation (40%)
Complete market surveys, market price jobs and maintain related databases, create salary structures and complete analyses to ensure ongoing competitiveness of our compensation programsPartner with vendors and key internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Accounting, Tax and Payroll) to ensure effective delivery of programsSupport the effective delivery of the annual compensation process. Update and distribute communications, ensure data quality, and audit and identify opportunities to improve compensation planning qualityDevelop and produce complex regular and ad-hoc compensation reports and analysesDevelop and deliver compensation training for managers and HR business partnersMaintain current knowledge of compensation trends and regulations. Make recommendations for needed changes to existing programs, policies, and proceduresWhat you’ll need
2-4 years in stock plan administrationBachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to drive multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlinesExcellent analytic and Excel skills. Ability to analyze, synthesize, visualize, and draw conclusions from complex data setsHigh degree of attention to detailDemonstrated ability to partner with customers / clientsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentAdaptable to changing or new business requirementsPrior experience with Oracle, Fidelity PSW, and / or platforms is preferred
