Our client is building a new Operations Technology function designed to streamline processes, strengthen data integration, and enable scalable growth across their specialty insurance business. As a founding member of this team, the Technical Project Manager (TPM) will lead technology-driven initiatives that improve operational efficiency, data integrity, and customer experience. This is an opportunity to shape the foundation of a high-impact function at the intersection of operations, data, and innovation.

Compensation : This job is expected to pay about $43-$65 per hour

What You’ll Do :

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and process-improvement projects—from initial scoping through adoption and continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resources while proactively mitigating risks and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders in operations, underwriting, and finance to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Oversee modernization and integration of systems such as policy administration, claims, billing, CRM, and analytics platforms.
• Establish governance frameworks, documentation standards, and KPIs to track performance and drive ongoing improvement.
