Pre-SalesActivities : Work on proposals, estimate scope of work, and supportpre-sales activities.
TransformRequirements : Convert business requirements into Salesforce functional andtechnical requirements.
LeadManagement : Expertise in Lead Management, Quote to Cash, Case Management,and Call Center processes.
CustomerWorkshops : Conduct workshops during project discovery, prepare solutiondesign documents, and collaborate with development teams.
IntegrationDevelopment : Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and othersystems using SOAP and REST APIs.
