Responsibilities

• Apply extensive government contractual expertise to oversee implementation, execution, and administration of a diverse range of contracts, including competitive, sole source, and directed prime and subcontract customer awards.
• Provide guidance to cross-functional business team members and clients, conducting risk assessments and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Review complex solicitations and prepare comprehensive responses for proposals, bids, and contract modifications encompassing both products and services.
• Skillfully negotiate NDAs, TAs, contract modifications, and agreements within delegated authority limits.
• Offer contractual support and mentorship to junior contracts team members and business team members.
• Proactively identify and communicate potential non-compliance issues and other challenges that may impact the company adversely.
• Manage, support, and streamline daily work activities to ensure seamless compliance with corporate, contract, and federal requirements.
• Coordinate various types of agreements, subcontracts, and other contract / program support documents effectively with leadership, accounting, legal, program management, and other key stakeholders.
• Provide proactive support, management, and tracking of contractual documentation, action items, and critical data.
• Support or undertake any additional duties as assigned.
