Sr. Management Analyst

Job Description

• Analyzes organizational needs to align software development efforts with strategic goals.
• Identifies inefficiencies in software development processes and recommend optimizations.
• Uses data to evaluate project performance team productivity and system effectiveness providing actionable insights.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to define software requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Assists project managers by tracking milestones identifying risks and ensuring deliverables meet deadlines.
• Serves as a team Scrum Master and / or Release Train Engineer (RTE).
• Documents workflows technical processes and project methodologies to support development efforts.
• Assists in creating and implementing policies related to software development such as agile practices or compliance standards
• Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) & Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) or Rally to support team productivity and transparency.
• Works with software developers quality assurance product managers and leadership to align on objectives.
• Mediates disagreements and ensure teams remain focused on shared goals.
• Ensures software development processes adhere to relevant standards regulations and best practices (e.g. GDPR CMMI).
• Recommends and support agile methodologies helping teams transition to or optimize frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
• Advocates for continuous improvement in development practices and team workflows.
• Helps teams adapt to process changes or new tools during software development cycles.
• Management Analyst -Scaled Agile Framework Scrum master certified.
