Our client, a global AmLaw 50 firm , is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join its nationally recognized Private Equity Practice Group . This is an exceptional opportunity to work on sophisticated, market-leading transactions for top-tier private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies across diverse industries. The role offers a high degree of responsibility, client interaction, and cross-border exposure within a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Candidate Profile
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record
- Active Bar Admission in Pennsylvania , in good standing
- 4-6 years of substantive experience in private equity transactions
- Transactional Expertise : Significant experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), leveraged buyouts , recapitalizations , and portfolio company operations
- Deal Leadership : Proven ability to lead deal teams and manage complex transactions from inception to closing
- Prior AmLaw 100 or similarly sophisticated law firm experience preferred
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong client relationships
