WORK HOURS Monday - Friday 830-5

HYBRID ROLE Must be in-person Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will support the Financial Excellence team in financial tracking and reporting. You will work closely with numerous business teams and partners to manage their operating expenses, vendor funding, and coupon metrics. Candidate must be advanced in excel formulas and functions to create and manipulate data.

The primary responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst role include :

Weekly and monthly reporting of coupon redemptions with variance analysis utilizing Snowflake SQL

Always-on dashboard validation and support

Track all vendor expenses throughout the entire process (review contracts, create accounting submissions, and track invoices across multiple financial and procurement tools)

Work closely with business partners for future spend commitments and obtain appropriate accounting supporting documents

Monthly accounting reconciliations and accrual validations

Always-on expense and funding queries management and reporting

Provide additional project support and deliverables to support growth initiatives

Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and project management skills

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a financial role

3+ years of Microsoft Office experience, specifically Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel, including SUMIF(S), COUNTIF(S), and VLOOKUP

Preferred Qualifications

Experience accumulating, organizing, analyzing, and reporting relevant financial data to leadership

Experience with Peoplesoft, SAP, Snowflake, Tableau, Teradata

Working knowledge of accounting and finance principles
