Position : Senior QA Test Lead Selenium
Location : Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
Job Summary :
We are seeking a Senior QA Test Lead to manage testing activities across the software development lifecycle. This role focuses on agile processes and Selenium-based testing to ensure high-quality software delivery. The ideal candidate will lead testing strategy, coordinate test execution, and work closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead testing across projects using agile practices
- Design and execute test plans, cases, and scripts with Selenium
- Manage defect tracking and resolution
- Collaborate with development teams to support CI / CD efforts
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing
- Mentor junior QA staff
- Report test results and progress to stakeholders
