Job Title : Dealer Network Assistant

Location : Murrieta, CA
SUMMARY
Under general supervision, the Dealer Network Assistant is actively involved with the administration of key department projects as related to managing the setup, maintenance, and termination of dealers in North America (United States and Canada) for all group brands.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gathering and coordination of materials and required documents necessary for opening, terminating or a change in partnership between any KTM Group existing and prospective dealers.
- Conducts administration of processes in new dealer and / or change-in-status applications including communications (verbal and written) with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assists Key Account Managers, District Sales Managers, Internal Sales Representatives, Dealer Development Analyst, Dealer Acquisition Managers, current dealers and / or new dealer candidates in application process.
- Compose and distribute business appropriate material to current and prospective dealers.
- Ensures accuracy, completion, and distributions of all reports and materials needed for departmental needs to conclude dealer addition process.
- Maintains dealer database on Spot.
- Coordinates dealer communication regarding the cure / termination process, which includes writing letters, emails, and other required notification to the dealer network.
- Maintains state distributor, sales person’s licenses, and Interprets state franchise laws as related to dealer activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
Generally requires a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in an administrative roleExperience in automotive / power sports is preferred.High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.Ability to retain informationExperience with Adobe Acrobat ProEDUCATION REQUIREMENTS : Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in related field required.
