Intuit’s Finance team has overarching responsibility for Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Treasury, Accounting, Assurance, Procurement, and Business Operations.

The Corporate FP&A Team is undertaking a high-profile, cross functional initiative to define how Intuit manages its workforce. This role will be a key leader in this endeavor.

Responsibilities

This role will be a critical player in transforming how Intuit manages its workforce.

• This leader will serve as the owner for workforce planning from the Finance team
• Co-own the processes, systems, data, and insights to support decision making across the company.
• Partner with FP&A and People and Places teams to gain understanding, alignment, and define processes
• Requires an outcome-driven mindset that can manage through ambiguity to simplify ideas and processes that lead to better decision making.

Qualifications

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is : $188,500 - 255,000
