Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a Thermal Mechanical Engineer to support the development of advanced thermal management solutions for next-generation Semiconductor Testers. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience in thermal analysis and mechanical design who is motivated to grow their expertise and contribute to innovative cross-functional engineering projects.

Role Responsibilities :

• Guide the design and optimization of thermal systems and components to ensure efficient heat dissipation and temperature control.
• Develop thermal models and simulations to predict performance and guide design decisions.
• Collaborate with electrical hardware and manufacturing teams to integrate thermal solutions into complex platform architectures.
• Build and test prototypes to validate thermal performance under real-world operating conditions.
• Support root cause analysis and troubleshooting of thermal issues during product development and post-launch.
• Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to source and qualify advanced thermal materials and technologies.

Compensation :

The base salary range for this role is $79800 - $127600. This range is a good faith estimate and the amount of base salary will correspond with experience and skill set. This range can also fluctuate depending on demand and location.

Incentive Plan : This job is eligible for discretionary bonus(es) based on financial performance.
