Job Title : Casting Coordinator
Location : Culver City (Los Angeles, 90016). This is a 100% on-site role.
Employment Type : W2 contract with ongoing extensions.
Insight Global is looking for a Coordinator to support a large retail client. This Coordinator will join the team and support their Los Angeles based photo studio. This is an enterprise team, and you will partner heavily with around 100 agencies and thousands of models.
Key Responsibilities :
- Reaching out to agents for packages and creating a spreadsheet with different packages for the Casting Producer to review.
- Sending selects to agents to coordinate casting times.
- Assist in-person castings : creating the schedule, setting up product, creating check-in sheets.
- Maintaining an internal database updated with agency info, sizing, contact info, link to portfolios as well as images and videos from the in-person castings / digital submissions.
- Creating spreadsheets with approved models for the season to then be uploaded into internal scheduling platform.
- Working with Casting Producer to check model availability and track in internal scheduling platform.
- Administrative support for billing, invoicing and contracts.
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years production and casting experienceExperience building strong agency partnerships and ability to juggle large numbers of agencies and modelsUnderstanding of digital photography, production studio pace and efficiencyFlexible and able to adapt to last minute additions to schedules and changes in directionSelf-motivated, results oriented and well organizedAble to successfully manage multiple priorities against business goals and work in a fast-paced environmentCompensation :
$35 / hr to $37 / hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment.
