Dermatology Physician Assistant

Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physician Assistant to join our dynamic team at Town MD. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of restoring mobility and enhancing the quality of life for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare providers
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Provide patient education on health management and rehabilitation
• Assist in acute pain management strategies
• Maintain accurate medical records using EMR systems
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Qualifications
• Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies or equivalent
• Current PA license in the state of New Jersey
• Proficiency in EMR systems (e.g., Epic)
• Strong clinical skills with experience in patient assessment and physical examinations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
• Experience in acute care settings preferred.
• Knowledge of acute pain management techniques is a plus.
