Education Program Coordinator

Job Description

Provides support and assistance in the identification, development and delivery of educational programs or initiatives. Typically works under general supervision, while performing assignments that are varied and that may be somewhat difficult in character, but usually involve limited responsibility.

Duties :

• Assists with planning, development, and implementation of Simulated Patient programs and services to ensure quality of programs.
• Supports preparation of program initiatives, policies, procedures, scheduling, and related information.
• Coordinates and distributes course / program evaluations. Communicates with clients on participant satisfaction metrics. Analyzes customer feedback for trends and discrepancies.
• Provides market research on service / program area, competitor pricing, industry news, and networking opportunities.
• Monitors enrollments and reports updates to program managers and assistants.
• Serves as a liaison with college and department contacts for approvals of courses and faculties.
• Compiles information and prepares reports.
• Assists in making travel arrangements and reimbursements.

May create, update, and maintain websites.

Job Requirements

Required Education : Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, Education or related field, AND :

Equivalency / Substitution : Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree.
