Locum OBGYN Physician needed near Salem, OR starting as soon as credentialed.

• Specialty : OBGYN
• Start Date : As soon as credentialed
• Contract Length : 3 months, ongoing
• Shift Details : 24hr shifts highly preferred. If 24 s are not an option will consider a provider to work 12hr night shifts, 7p-7a
• Schedule : 5-6 24hr shifts / month
• Patients per day : 2300 deliveries on average / year. Around 30-40 / month for this OB group. Another 30-40 / month for the midwifery group. 2 other provider groups that also work out of this facility.
• Patient Population / Age : Newborn-Adult
• Department Description : Will cover emergent GYN procedures. Should be comfortable to treat emergent cases as well as triage. Hospital has a level 3 NICU
• Support Staff : Midwives, 24hr in house Anesthesiologist.
• EMR : EPIC
• Special Procedures : Routine GYN procedures
• Certification Requirements : BC, Active OR license required, DEA, NRP, ACLS, BLS
• Credentialing Timeframe : 60-90 days. May qualify for temps with clean file.
• $500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
