What We’re Looking For :
- Proven leadership skills and ability to coordinate interdisciplinary teams
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
- RN with Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Current Louisiana RN licensure
- Demonstrated proficiency in patient assessment, procedural sedation, and interdisciplinary care planning
- Strong documentation, communication, and evaluation skills
- Experience supporting staff development, staffing coordination, and compliance efforts
- Knowledge of JCAHO standards, safety protocols, and HIPAA compliance
- Effective in managing time, resources, and unit-level budgeting

What You Will Do :
Improve the quality of life for patients and families by coordinating patient care processes, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, in collaboration with the patient, family, physician, and support services.
Coordinate and perform comprehensive physical and psychosocial assessmentsAnalyze assessments to determine nursing diagnoses and identify expected outcomesDevelop and document individualized plans of care with interdisciplinary collaborationImplement care plans including treatments, medications, and patient educationEvaluate patient progress and revise care plans as neededCollaborate on patient discharge planningCoordinate staffing levels and adjust based on census and acuityParticipate in hiring, performance evaluations, and staff educationEnsure compliance with JCAHO, HIPAA, and safety regulationsServe as a clinical resource and assist in departmental operations and budgetingMaintain accurate documentation and uphold patient rightsAssist with CQI initiatives and facilitate team-based problem-solvingTake clinical call responsibilities and support manager in daily unit activitiesPerform other duties as assignedWhat Sets BRG Apart :
