Are you a compassionate and skilled nursing professional ready to lead by example and elevate patient care?

What We’re Looking For :

• Proven leadership skills and ability to coordinate interdisciplinary teams
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
• RN with Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Current Louisiana RN licensure
• Demonstrated proficiency in patient assessment, procedural sedation, and interdisciplinary care planning
• Strong documentation, communication, and evaluation skills
• Experience supporting staff development, staffing coordination, and compliance efforts
• Knowledge of JCAHO standards, safety protocols, and HIPAA compliance
• Effective in managing time, resources, and unit-level budgeting

What You Will Do :

Improve the quality of life for patients and families by coordinating patient care processes, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, in collaboration with the patient, family, physician, and support services.
