Job Summary :
Our client is seeking a Program Implementation Manager to join their team! This position is located in Columbus, Georgia.
Duties :
- Drive the timely delivery of assigned strategic technology programs across multiple countries, managing them from ideation to completion
- Collaborate with geographically distributed teams across North America and Europe to ensure alignment and execution
- Support team members to achieve program goals on time and within budget, fostering a strong "one team" culture
- Own issue and risk management across programs by identifying roadblocks, solving problems, and removing impediments that affect team performance and release schedules
- Engage with stakeholders at all stages of the program lifecycle to gain alignment and ensure progress on key milestones
- Prepare and deliver high-quality, executive-level reports on program status, ensuring accuracy and clarity
- Track, review, and manage top-level strategy and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) in partnership with senior stakeholders to drive meaningful change across the organization
- Measure, monitor, and report on project delivery metrics, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and resource plans across multiple concurrent projects

The approximate pay range for this position is between $29.26 and $41.80 . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
