Nurse Practitioner - PRN Float for South On-Site Care Clinics

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join one of the nation's most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,300 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This advanced practice provider will be focused on the well-being of Onsite employees and their beneficiaries in our South market.

Community Health Network has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, family medicine certified advanced practice provider to practice in a PRN, Employer Health Onsite primary care role. Minimum two years of experience as an advanced practice provider is required.
