BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking experienced Behavioral Health Registered Nurses to join our outstanding and compassionate float team.

• Regional Float Pool- Minimum commitment is 4 shifts per 6 weeks to include 2 weekend shifts. Required to float to region of hospitals based on census needs. Current needs as follows :

Region 1 - Morton Plant Hospital - Clearwater, FL; St. Anthony's Hospital - St. Petersburg, FL; Mease Dunedin Hospital - Dunedin, FL

Region 2 - St. Joseph's Hospital - Tampa, FL; St. Joseph's Hospital North - Lutz, FL; North Bay Recovery Center - Lutz, FL

Position Summary :

The Registered Nurse works in a hospital setting and independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards. Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
