Schedule Details : Nights, 8 and 12-hour shifts, rotating every third weekend, including holiday rotation.
Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift. New Graduate RNs are encouraged to apply!
Unit Overview : You’ll become part of our active 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, where you’ll care for :
Post-operative craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resectionsCervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeriesPatients involved in our Comprehensive Stroke ProgramHigh-volume cervical and spinal surgery patients, along with medical overflow casesKey Responsibilities :
Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient careCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams for safe, therapeutic, and compassionate careAnticipate significant changes in patient conditions and adapt care plans appropriatelyContribute to a positive patient experience across the care continuumQualifications :
Active Registered Nurse license in practice stateBLS for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart AssociationCompletion of an accredited nursing programA minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience is typically requiredPhysical Requirements :
