Physical Therapist needed in Layton, UT - Permanent

Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist (DPT) for a permanent position in Layton, Utah. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic outpatient orthopedic clinic dedicated to providing one-on-one, high-quality care. The position offers mentorship for new graduates as well as leadership growth potential for experienced clinicians interested in advancing into a Clinic Director role with profit-sharing opportunities.

Permanent DPT - Physical Therapist

Location : Layton, Utah

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and passionate Physical Therapist who thrives in a hands-on, patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate will have outpatient orthopedic experience and strong manual therapy skills. This clinic emphasizes personalized care-each therapist spends 20 minutes of manual therapy per patient, supported by an aide who assists with exercises.

Schedule : Full-time, 40 hours per week

Patient Load : Approximately 17-18 patients per day

Focus : 1 : 1 patient care and individualized treatment

Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program

Utah Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)

Manual therapy experience required

Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred

Leadership or management experience a plus (Clinic Director potential)

New graduates encouraged to apply - mentorship and training available

Compensation & Benefits

New Graduate Salary : $80,000-$85,000 annually

Clinic Director Role : Up to $100,000-$110,000 annually

Profit Sharing : Available for Clinic Directors

Monthly Bonuses : Based on performance and clinic metrics
