Overview : Full Time Days
As an Operations Coordinator with Sentara, you will provide support to the Director / Manager in a clinical setting. This position's primary duties include office activities, supply ordering, and business financial activities. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and communication skills, manage supplies / materials, understand, and perform accurate and timely data collection, and demonstrate effective use and maintenance of office equipment. You will find that teamwork is exceptional, with everyone working together to ensure the best care for our patients.
Education Required : High School Diploma
Experience Required :
Two Years Clerical
Experience Preferred :
Two years Office Management
Two Years Secretarial
Some medical terminology
Skills Required :
Oral and Written Communication
Operate basic office equipment

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay rate for Full Time employment is : $17.31 - $28.85. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby / on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
