What You’ll Do

Greet and assist customers in the service department

Write and manage work orders / estimates

Communicate between customers, technicians, and management

Keep customers informed during repairs

Deliver outstanding customer service every time

A Day in the Life at Rocky Mountain RV & Marine

As a Service Writer, you’ll be the friendly face customers meet when they bring in their RV or boat for service. Your day will include :

Greeting customers and making them feel welcome

Listening carefully to their concerns and recording service needs

Coordinating with technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs

Keeping customers updated throughout the process

Celebrating with them when their RV or boat is ready for the next adventure!

You’ll balance organization, communication, and customer service — all while working in a supportive, family-owned environment where your hard work is rewarded.

What We’re Looking For

Strong customer service and communication skills

Organized and able to handle a fast-paced environment

Basic computer / data entry skills

Service writer, automotive, RV, or marine experience a plus (not required)
