Job Objective :
The E-Commerce Product Lister is an entry-level role performing a variety of processing duties to achieve our common goal of selling donated items online for our retail store teams.
Essential Functions :
- Quickly and efficiently process goods across all product categories as directed.
- Check the condition of items to ensure they meet defined quality standards.
- Maintain established productivity goals without loss of quality of work.
- Clean and prepare goods for sale as needed.
- Ensure manifests align with items as they arrive at the facility.
- Receives, moves, and places carts, containers, and barrels containing donations, trash, and As-Is for processing in designated areas.
- Places appropriate storage labels on the containers.
- Use warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, etc. to move product in, out, and within the warehouse.
- Facilitate the flow of goods to the store listing stage.
- Maintains work areas in a neat and orderly manner with clean-up activities performed throughout the day.
- Assist with all departmental functions, as need including shipping, sorting product, listing product, storing product, and testing product.

Education and Experience :
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Three to five years experience in a similar environment preferred
