Position Summary

The Vendor Relations Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of company travel logistics, including hotel accommodation, car rentals, and related vendor contracts. This role ensures cost-effective travel solutions, compliance with company policies, and high-quality service delivery for all employees and business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor & Contract Administration :

Evaluate and manage contracts for all vendors.

Establish and manage relationships with car rental agencies and transportation vendors.

Prepare regular reports on travel spending, vendor performance, and utilization trends.
