Position Summary
Billing Specialist primary responsibility is running, managing, and analyzing daily exception reports with each Partner. We assist with creating transactions when needed to correct accounts and work with our Partners to ensure we have accurate processing of billing charges. We also work directly with the Contact Center Leadership to troubleshoot billing questions, disputes, or statement of account requests.
This Hybrid role is based in our Naperville, IL office. Our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience, so a regular in-office hybrid model (generally T-TH in office and M & F remote) is required.

The base pay range for this position is $21.00 - $30.09 hourly. The specific pay offered will depend on qualifications, experience, education and skill set. The compensation offered may also include an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive plan or commission target.
