What You Will Do to Change Lives

Under direct supervision, serves as a primary support and case manager to provide screening, assessment, and assist in linking services needed by members served and their family to overcome the crisis which brought them into the program.

Short-Hour | PM | Shifts : : PM - : PM | Days : Saturday & Sunday

Expected starting wage range is $ - $ Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have)

• High School Graduation or equivalent and three () years of direct services in mental health or community services; or Associate’s degree and two () years of experience; or Bachelor’s degree in Social Services
• Must possess at least year of direct service experience with Crisis Intervention, including screening and assessments
• In addition to the requirements above must also have :
• At least thirty semester ( quarter) units of completed college coursework in behavioral or social science, or
• Sixty semester ( quarter) units of completed college coursework, which includes semester ( quarter) units in behavioral science, Psych Tech courses and Alcohol and Drug Certificate courses are acceptable.
• AND one () year experience providing mental health services including interviewing and referring participants and performing crisis intervention, or
• Three () years of experience in a behavioral health department which involved direct participant contact, or
• Bachelor’s degree in a behavioral science and six () months experience providing mental health services including interviewing and referring participants and performing crisis intervention.
• Sensitivity to multi-cultural populations and issues
• Must be at least years of age
• Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment
• All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, -step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver license, a motor vehicle clearance, and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual or local requirements may apply.
• Valid and current driver’s license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.
• Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.

The Windsor Center aims to increase access to crisis services, reduce inpatient hospitalization, reduce the amount of time that law enforcement is involved in a mental health crisis, and strengthen the existing outpatient behavioral health services.
