• True teamwork : Collaborate daily with a full interdisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, neuropsychology, case management, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, therapy technicians, and support staff in a collaborative environment where your voice matters.
• High-intensity rehab focus : You'll primarily serve patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, progressive neurological conditions, amputation, orthopedic injuries, cardiopulmonary issues, and complex medical conditions.
• State-of-the-art facilities : And we're growing. A new 42-bed freestanding inpatient rehabilitation hospital (opening mid-late 2026) will feature a 10-bed traumatic brain injury unit and therapy spaces designed to integrate cutting-edge rehab technology.
• Oregon lifestyle : Our RiverBend Campus sits in the heart of the Willamette Valley, with rivers, trails, and mountains just minutes away.
