AFS is looking for a consumer programs manager for US, Canada and Latin America to play a key role in negotiating and structuring consumer financing programs with leading financial institutions and FinTechs. This role will support cross-functional teams in building and managing consumer financing programs and affordability initiatives across Apple Direct and Indirect channel. Executive presence is crucial as you will be responsible for presenting to senior leaders within Apple and its partners.

Our team is seeking a highly autonomous and results-oriented individual with a strong background in partnering with financial institutions on consumer financing programs. This role demands an individual who can not only structure and negotiate with global financial institutions and Fintechs to build sustainable, scalable, and impactful consumer financing programs but also independently drive these initiatives from concept to execution within Apple's intricate global ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and is capable of dissecting complex program data, understanding key economic drivers for all parties and translating these insights into compelling, data-driven strategies. You will be adept at navigating a complex organizational structure, proactively engaging and influencing diverse cross-functional teams across different departments and geographies, fostering collaboration, and managing competing priorities to achieve shared goals. Your strong presentation skills will be critical in articulating sophisticated strategies and program impacts to senior leadership and external partners, gaining buy-in and driving decisions. This is a dynamic, goal-oriented role that thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. From independently researching industry-level trends and competitive landscapes, to strategic partner selection, program execution, and rigorous impact measurement, you will be instrumental in enabling sales through industry-leading partners and innovative financial structuring.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience in business development and program execution in either the financial services industry or sales roles, with a proven ability to independently lead and manage complex projects across multiple countries and diverse stakeholder groups. Deep understanding of global financing practices including but not limited to financing, BNPL, subscription, leasing, rental pay as you go and country-specific legal / regulatory environments. Proven track record of independently structuring and negotiating sophisticated financing program agreements with major financial institutions and FinTechs. Strong analytical capabilities, adept at dissecting data, identifying trends, and developing data-driven recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts and strategic initiatives clearly and persuasively to senior leadership and external partners. Extensive experience working autonomously and collaboratively with cross-functional internal teams and constituency groups on a worldwide basis, effectively managing competing priorities and diverse perspectives. B.A. / B.S. or equivalent experience. MBA, JD or other relevant degrees preferred.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $182,600 and $274,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
