Job Title : Procurement Analyst 1

Location : Dallas, TX

Duration : 12 Months

Shift Start Time : 6-9AM

Shift End Time : 3-6PM

Onsite / remote / hybrid : Hybrid - Tuesday-Thursday onsite in Dallas, TX

Interview Information : Interviewing ASAP

  • Assists in developing and deploying internal / external process improvements, organization initiatives and projects / procurement activities.
  • Assists with the maintenance of processes and systems.
  • Utilizes procurement / planning systems to ensure planning, validation, and maintaining of all requirements for procurement analysis.
  • Supports the coordination and tracking of action items and metrics, supplier management procedures for planning, procurement plans, shortage mitigation, schedule validation, self-governance, and inventory analysis.

Day to day :

  • Process in SAP the fulfillment of open purchase orders and coordinates with suppliers, internal stakeholders and customers for recovery schedules and improvements to meet demand requirements. Input data, run queries, perform all updates in SAP.
  • Utilizes procurement / planning systems to ensure planning, validation, and maintaining of all requirements for procurement analysis.
  • Communicates with procurement agents, managers, internal customers, and outside suppliers to identify and resolve issues associated with the procurement cycle.
  • Primary support to SBM

    • Must Haves : 1. SAP experience

    2. Microsoft Office Suit experience

    3. Data analysis experience

    Education :

  • Prefer College degree, experience with MRP and finance systems
