job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPerform comprehensive repairs : brakes exhaust systems diagnostics routine maintenance and general automotive service Diagnose problems accurately using proper diagnostic procedures and tools Complete repairs correctly the first time Maintain a clean organized work area Mentor junior technicians when applicable Minimum 2 years of hands-on automotive repair experience Strong working knowledge of engines brakes electrical systems and diagnostics Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and scan tools Reliable attendance and professional work ethic Own basic hand tools (specialty tools and major equipment provided) Experience with Meineke services (brakes exhaust maintenance work) ASE certifications (or willingness to pursue them) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong customer communication skills Flag rate system with weekly guarantee $800-$1200 per week based on skill level and productivity You earn more when youre efficient but youre protected during slow periods Health dental and vision insurance options Paid time off (after 1 year) Employee discounts on services Monday-Friday : 8AM-6PM Saturday : 8AM-5PM Extra day off every other week Recently upgraded tools and equipment Small focused team atmosphere Opportunity for increased earnings based on performance
