Responsibilities
- Provide HR solutions support, process knowledge advice and consultation to functional leaders and their teams.
- Coach management team on leadership and HR issues including application of HR policies and processes.
- Partner with leadership, HR and other key stakeholders as appropriate to shape culture and drive employee engagement
- Implement large scale initiatives (roll out annual programs, new programs / policies, etc.)
- Collaborate with Center of Excellence partners to execute and implement HR initiatives.
- Translate business plans into critical HR actions, programs and initiatives.
- Utilize data to solve complex business issues and provide recommendations to leaders.
- Communicate complex information in an understandable, organized, concise manner.
- Conduct employee relations investigations and bring to resolution.
