You'll lead a crew of remote customer service rockstars, tighten up operations, and make sure every interaction leaves our customers thinking, "Damn, that was easy." You thrive on momentum, crave improvement, and never wait to be told what needs fixing — you've already fixed it. You'll team up with marketing, fulfillment, and product to turn customer insights into action, using tools like Gorgias, Shopify, and Recharge to keep everything flowing.
