For our Customer Success Team, we are now looking for an ambitious Customer Development Representative. We work remote-first across Europe, so you can work wherever you feel most comfortable. Your base should ideally be in Switzerland, Germany, Italy, or Portugal.

Your responsibilities include :

  • Being part of a passionate Customer Success Management Team, ensuring the retention and growth of our customer portfolio.
  • Actively researching and identifying upselling, cross-selling, and expansion opportunities within our existing customer portfolio.
  • Initiating contact with new contacts through targeted outreach and convincingly explaining the value of our solutions.
  • In consulting conversations, you determine the needs and challenges of the contacts and thus continuously improve our outreach tools (e.g., playbooks and best practices).
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders and becoming a reliable contact for growth opportunities.
  • Together with the KAM and CSM team, you develop growth strategies and share valuable insights from your research.
  • You support the creation of targeted proposals to offer real value to customers.

  • You have initial experience as a Customer Development Representative, Customer Success Manager, Key Account Manager, or Business Development Manager.
  • You are an excellent communicator, building quickly trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You enjoy working hands-on and independently.
  • You are a hunter and know how to win new contacts for yourself.
  • You are convincing with your organizational talent and always keep an overview of your projects.
  • You speak German (native-level) and English fluently.
